I BOUGHT GROUPON PASSES AND I CANT REDEEM ON TICKETFLY

Please bring your phone or printed voucher to 1 of 6 main entrances and the VIP entrance if you purchased a VIP pass come to the VIP entrance located at Banyan and Dixie. Enter one of the prepaid lines and present your phone or printed voucher to a box office attendant for redemption. Please do not redeem your voucher prior to entrance.

WHERE ARE THE ENTRANCES?

IF YOU PURCHASED VIP PASSES PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE PRIVATE ENTRANCE LOCATED AT BANYAN AND DIXIE.

ALL PREPAID PASSES WILL BE GOOD AT ANY ENTRANCE GO TO THE PREPAID LINES. IF YOU BOUGHT GROUPON PASSES BRING YOUR PHONE AND SHOW VOUCHER IN GROUPON APP FOR REDEMPTION AT THE ENTRANCES OR BRING PRINTED VOUCHER FOR MANUEL ENTRY.

HAUNTED HOUSE PASSES DO NOT GET YOU ENTRY TO THE EVENT THEY ARE ONLY GOOD FOR ENTRY TO THE HAUNTED HOUSES. EACH HAUNTED HOUSE PASS IS GOOD FOR 2 ENTRIES TOTAL TO 1 OF EACH OR 2 OF EITHER HOUSES.

Do I have to be 21 to enter?

You must be 21 or older to enter the event.

What is the date and Hours of this Event?

The Date is Saturday October 29th from 8pm till 2am

Where are the Haunted Houses located?

Both Haunted Houses are located on the 500 block of Clematis St.

Can I re-sell/transfer my ticket?

Yes, the name on the ticket does not have to be that of the actual user. Tickets are able to resold/transferred just like a ticket to a sporting event or concert.

I purchased a main event ticket can I upgrade to a VIP ticket?

Yes

I won an event ticket in a contest can I upgrade to a VIP ticket?

Yes

Can I bring my own food and/or beverages?

No food or beverages will be permitted to be brought into or out of the festival.

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, pets are not permitted unless necessary for our disabled guests.

What if it rains?

The event will go on rain or shine. In past years celebrants have had a great time partying in all conditions.

Are there any refunds?

There are NO REFUNDS for any circumstance.

How long are alcoholic beverages served?

The drink stations are scheduled to start at 8pm when the gates open and last call will be made at 1:00am, but the event reserves the right to discontinue service, at any time, to any person or persons (The service ending time may be extended, or cut shorter, based on the discretion of the authorities).

What are the security policies?

To ensure the best possible guest experience during this event, please observe the following:

1. Glass, plastic, food, drinks , weapons and illegal substances prohibited

2. Bags and purses will be searched

3. Disruptions may result in ejection

4. Your Cooperation is appreciated

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

1. Metal, plastic, glass containers of any kind

2. Backpacks and large bags

3. Food and beverages

4. Weapons and Illegal substances

5. Professional Video and Photography Equipment (“Media Only”)
Notice: Event or Security Personnel are not allowed to hold or check any items not allowed into the Festival.

How do I purchase food & drinks at the event?

Throughout each of the event areas you may purchase drink tickets. Drink tickets can then be used for sponsored beer, spirits, Monster Energy and water in all event areas. Food is purchased using cash only from the various food vendors…so, BRING CASH WITH YOU!!

Are you allowed to leave the festival and return?

Yes, you will be able to leave the festival and return as long as you have your event wristband still on.
